I'm Sara.  I'm a certified Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner currently living in Northern Colorado.  I also have a background in nursing, with a focus on hospice care.  Hospice nursing was a life changing experience for me that opened-up my love for connecting deeply with others.  Yoga and reiki have provided me with a perfect way to do that.  I have practiced Yoga for most of my life and Reiki for almost 10 years.  I am Yoga Alliance 500 RYT certified, Yoga Nidra trained, and have completed Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Levels I & II.  I am passionate about working with anyone and everyone, on or off the mat, beginners and yogis alike.
